This Reserve wine is fermented on the skins for seven days, at which point, brandy is added to stop the fermentation and retain 8% of residual sweetness. This wine is crafted from 85% Zinfandel and 15% Merlot and aged 36 months in a mix of French and American Oak barrels. A sweet finish makes this a perfect after-dinner wine.
Almond cakes, or orange-scented desserts. Also delicious paired with a creamy dessert such as cheesecake or creme brûlée.
